Job Description:

1.         Take key role in writing down your knowledge, practice and experience in systematic manner by category and by level in this function;

2.         Ensure to deliver the product of knowledge, practice and experience easy to be understood, practical, problem-solving, and systematic for those junior/medium learners;

3.         As key initiative and owner, drive the success of the product line, take full accountability on the format, richness, quality and competitive edge of the knowledge in this function;

4.         As key initiative and owner, drive the engagement of the part-time knowledge contributor, influence, motive and retain them for this business;

5.         As key business member, participate into defining all business & corporate strategy, action planning and so on.

6.         Take part into other online/offline business activities such as promotion and daily operation as well related to either this function or the whole business;

Expectation & Requirements:

1. Expertise -

1)         Solid managerial & industry experience in global top 500 corporation;

2)         Must have managerial and functional experience in No.1-3 players in the industry;

3)         At least 10-year working experience, at least 6 years in this function;

4)         Diverse industry background, but still mainly in this function;

5)         Good writing capability, systematic and diverse thinking;

6)         Willing to share, talk and write;

7)         For Marketing in Media field, background preferred with traditional and new media experience, and/or with manufacture and agent experience;

2. Entrepreneur –

1)         Willing to drive the start-up business, take/enjoy the challenge, and like change/new idea;

2)         Put self into the role and position of business partner, rather not employee;

3)         Take full accountability on development of this product line and its market;
